This comprehensive training program not only aims at equipping the participants with the required knowledge, concepts, and skills related to emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and system psychodynamics at the workplace but also trains them on applying certain tools and techniques to emerge as emotionally more intelligent leaders. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will gain the required competencies and behaviors to lead their teams in an emotionally mature and authentic manner, developing the right culture within the organization that would lead to a thriving business performance.
Course structure:
There will be a pre-program assessment using EQi.2.0 assessment tool. The program will start with sharing the individual assessment reports and giving feedback to the participants. The classroom sessions will be conducted engagingly and interactively with journaling, reflections, individual and table team exercises, peer learning, role-plays, and teach-backs. The mindfulness module will make the participants experience focused meditation techniques, mindful observation, mindful conversations, etc. There will be several short audio-visual presentations to drive home the concepts and make the participants understand real-life incidents/experiences. The participants will be equipped with several tools and techniques that they can use in a consistent and useful manner.
