Operational Excellence - The Way to Achieve It
To achieve operational excellence in the contemporary scenario, organizations have to look beyond mere shop-floor control. An end-to-end view is require – right from sourcing to manufacturing to finally delivering goods/services to the consumer. A high level decision-oriented approach is required. A variety of tools is required for this purpose – right from understanding the basic building block of operations – which is the “process” to accurate measurement of the operational performance so that future actions can be formulated. The program is targeted towards middle level executives who will be able to re-orient themselves towards high-impact decision making for achieving operational excellence.
