The library works around almost all days in a year. The working schedule of the library is as under:
- Week Days: (Mon-Fri) 9.00 A.M. to 10.00 P.M. (except IIM Mumbai Holidays)

Weekends: (Sat-Sun) 11.00 A.M. to 7.00 P.M. (except IIM Mumbai Holidays)
(The circulation counter stops half an hour before the closing hours.)
- Holidays:The Library is closed only on IIM Mumbai holidays [i.e., as per the holiday calendar circulated by the IIM Mumbai every year]. This year (2020) on the following day’s library will remain closed:
